Experience from inside the boat
The athlete you were shapes the coach you become.
Jaime does not coach from theory alone. He has lived the early starts, the pressure of selection and the fine margins of an international final.
Spanish champion in C1 1000 m, bronze medallist in C1 500 m, World University bronze and a top-ten U23 World Championship finish: results that built the athlete. High-performance roles in Seville and Madrid shaped the coach—analytical, direct and always close to the person inside the boat.
