2. Information we receive
This website has no application database. Information entered in the application remains in your browser and is passed to your email app. Jaime receives it only if you send the email. It may include your name, contact details, country, discipline, level, goals and preferred start date. Services are intended for people aged 18 or over.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to answer your enquiry, assess suitable support, take requested steps before a contract and, if you become a client, deliver and administer the service. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps, contract performance and legal obligations.
4. Retention
If you do not become a client, enquiry data will generally be deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last communication unless a legal reason requires longer retention. Client records are retained for the service period and applicable legal, tax or contractual periods.
5. Sharing and transfers
Personal data is not sold. It may be processed by providers needed for email, hosting, payments or administration under appropriate safeguards, or disclosed when legally required. Recognised safeguards will be used for transfers outside the EEA where required.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent where relevant. Contact the address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security
This site uses local assets, no advertising trackers, a restrictive Content Security Policy and no server-side form database. Appropriate measures are used, although no internet transmission is absolutely secure.
